Please note to purchase black powder you will need to have with you an EXPLOSIVES CERTIFICATE & RCA DOCUMENT . To purchase pistol or rifle primers we need to see a FIREARMS CERTIFICATE and to purchase shot gun cartridges we need to see your SHOTGUN CERTIFICATE and these CAN NOT BE COPIES.
