Do you fancy a Shooting Safari in South Africa?
Mayogi Safaris
Mayogi Safaris are situated about 120km North West from
Port Elizabeth airport on the Jansenville Road. Most of the
hunting takes place on 25 000 acres surrounding the lodge.
The hunting area consists of a large variety and number of
animal as well as bird-life.
Mayogi Safaris are family owned and operated by the
Jan Dorfling Family. The sons, Arno and Dirk Dorfling
started Mayogi Safaris in 1998 and act as the outfitters.
They are both registered professional hunters and members
of the Professional Hunters of South Africa as well
as the Eastern Cape International Outfitters Association.
Born and bred in this area, they have a good relationship
with neighboring landowners that ensures high quality
concession areas.
About half the Mayogi land has been in their family
for four generations and the need, love and skill of
hunting has been passed down from generation to generation.
This explains their passion for fair chase and ethical
hunting.
